Lotus Family Dental has been a life changing experience. I used to have such a fear of the dentist that I would tremble and shake uncontrollably and sweat visibly as soon as I sat down in the dentist's chair. I was once kicked out of the dentist's office because I simply could not force myself to keep my mouth open because of fear. Everytime I walk through the door they make me feel like I'm having a visit with family. Dr. Dykes uses the most amazing technology I've ever seen, and took the time to sit down with me and show me photographs of my teeth taken from inside my mouth, and detailed diagrams explaining my xrays. Once we started my treatment program, which included a number of root canals, I found myself growing more and more relaxed. Dr. Dykes staff caters to your comfort, and you can watcha movie, or watcha concert, or just listen to music as you sink into the most comfortable dentist chair you have ever seen. i am stunned to find myself completley at ease during my dental care, I never feel nervous or anxious anymore, such a change from the trembling trainwreck I used to be. And all this without the use of drugs or nitrous oxide, I have to give credit to Dr. Dykes and the ladies of his staff. Thanks to their patience, compassion and gentleness, I now enjoy going to the dentist. Two years ago my fear of the dentist had me at risk of losing all my teeth. Thanks to Lotus Family Dental, I have a beautiful smile again.

I really never thought that I would ever say this, but I have never had such a pleasant experience at the dentist. Our space was designed to embody around a balance between of the purity of modernism and the clean Zen architecture of Japan. This harmony of east meets west was carefully created by the integration of Feng Shui at every level of design and decor. Large art canvases were selected to showcase the beauty of nature at every turn. The result is a dental office that does not feel like a dental office, but rather a place that is bright, airy and elegant.

To help eliminate the worries associated with dental visits, Lotus Dental offers unique amenities that were conceived with incredible attention to detail. Tense patients may enjoy the relaxing touch of our soft massaging dental chairs.

A host of entertainment options are available to help speed up the perceived duration of dental visits. Patients may choose to enjoy listening to music, or watching movies on high definition overhead TV's. Media choices are made between XM satellite radio, our extensive menu of movies and concert DVD's, or patients are encouraged to bring in their own CD's, DVD's or BluRay discs. High Quality Sennheiser headphones are available at no charge. In our double size private dental suite, patients may enjoy ultra fidelity audio through our high end Anthem/Magnepan audio system. The sound is simply glorious. For parents that must bring their children to their appointments we offer a children's media room to keep them entertained. For patients with sensitivity to Bacteria found in tradition dental water lines and instrumentation, we use only disposable single-patient use air, water and suction tips, and all water used has been ultra purified by the new state of the art Stericil system.

After hours, Dr Dykes will take all that data collected and study it.
